Effective Conservatives
The 2025 Effective Conservative Award recognizes outstanding legislators who prioritized conservative results during the 89th Session of the Texas Legislature. Biennially, conservative standard-bearers in the Texas Senate and Texas House receive this recognition based on their support for major legislation that advances limited government solutions and encourages continued prosperity for Texans.
